West Cape May parade, was so unorganized ! You would think after the many years they’ve had it ,the parade would run more smoothly. No directions/safety measures with parking. Very little care even for the performers. They even ended their route crossing a Main Street, with just one guard. No regards to timing, spacing, or safety for dancers or patrons of the city. Just awful!
