Let's talk EMS. It is not sustainable to have a different squad in every single town. What Inspira did is not good, but a centralized service is needed. All over PA and NJ police, fire, and EMS agencies are merging due to the undeniable advantages of reducing overhead and increasing efficiencies. We need to strive to merge our agencies.
