It's great to see that "bulk pickup" has finally arrived. It is unfortunate that a few homeowners begin to accumulate their "donations" a month early. Isn't there an ordinance against trash left in the open for a long time? All you had to do was to ride down a few alleys...and you'll understand what I'm saying. Perhaps we need to change a few names to "trash alley".
