I just picked up Cape May's visitors' guide. I noticed on the map that there are wetlands between Leaming and Central avenues. This has always been considered wetlands. So, how can a builder get approval to build 12 new homes in this area? There is no way this development should be approved. If it is approved, there is definitely something wrong happening.
