Came from Ocean City to meet friends and attend the Christmas Tree lighting at Wilbraham Park in West Cape May. Worried we were late arriving at 7:10, only to find out the ceremony began at 6 instead of 7 to 9 as advertised. Was told this happened last year too. Who's responsible?
