Beautiful day at the Strawberry Festival in West Cape May. Park Blvd. is one of a few streets in the area with bike lanes. However, this day you could not ride a bike safely, as people parked one car after another in the bike lane. Signs everywhere stating, 'Bike Lane' and 'No parking.' Can't these people read, or do they think this does not pertain to them? Police were issuing tickets.
