With any rain (but especially with recent rains), the new road on State and Fourth contains deep water that no one wants to drive through and several spots on Fifth are continually flooded, especially at 5th and Bayshore next to the new home by the swamp. This area is a wetland that has been hemmed in on all sides by roads and homes without anywhere to drain. I have heard that more houses are going in on State St. between 4th and 5th which will just make the problem much worse. How that development got approved...?
