Well the final nail in the coffin for the Avalon we loved for generations, boutique hotels. NY, North Jersey money has won the the day. Thanks to the planning commission, an oxymoron in this town, town council and our Bob the builder mayor. Don't dare think your legacy will be what a great job you did moving Avalon forward! You have destroyed the uniqueness of our quaint town. You want the Hamptons here, well you got it. Any development will not impact any of the towns leaders, you know developers, realtors, multi property investors.
