Well skimmer weekend is approaching. Many of the old events went away with nothing new to replace them. No rides, just a flea market and car parade. Other islands thrive with tourism and we skate by. We need new blood or people that actually have ideas. I challenge here in spout off for The tourism and recreation commission to come up with ideas nothing yet. Time for replacements. I leave town every weekend for events and spend my money our home owners and businesses deserve better
