Well all the folks that's invested in the villas for summer rentals and are trying to sell, good luck. 6 years ago the realtors were begging for houses to sell ,now there's 3 or more on every block so I suggest if you can't afford the mortgage, rent them year round .wow what a new idea NOT! Or lose them to bank ?
