We went on the beach one morning 8:15am. Poverty beach as it is referred to and probably at least six people were putting up tents in a row near the water’s edge. Strange we thought! Went back to the beach 9:30am and again strange we thought no one was around the tents. Finally people arrived an hour later! What was the point? Was it done because of time constraints? Was it done to save time? I can see it being difficult with family members standing around waiting while the little tent city is erected.
