We are locals. It is 7/16, We wanted to get off exit 13 to go right to get to rt 9. The exit was backed up to the parkway. A dangerous situation. Why isn’t there a light that works during the season and a blinking light off season. They could have widened the exit ramp so people making a right can make a turn. It doesn’t take rocket scientists to help relieve that congestion. It is dangerous enough to travel the parkway north without this added congestion.
