We are finally finding out that the South was nothing more than a Federal Welfare State. Every story I read about a Texas town considering disaster warning systems is attached to grant applications from FEMA or other Federal Agencies? Texas turned them all down. Hey Texas, pay for it yourselves and tax your owe residents and corporations. I am tired of paying to rebuild the South since the Civil War and getting grief for it from them.
