I am fortunate to have rental property in both Avalon and Stone

Wayne, Pa. - I am fortunate to have rental property in both Avalon and Stone Harbor. I really do have an interest in both local government functions. That being said, there is a world of difference between the accessibility of each ones meeting venue. Seeing both have plenty of tax revenue, why is Avalons' such an absolutely abysmal product, and Stone Harbors' actually very good?
