Then on the day after the flood code inforcement is driving around giving people warnings for putting wet items to the curb. Where were you code enforcement guys all summer when there were boat trailers taking up parking spots? Maybe the city should have a better plan for helping people by directing them ahead of time where they can dispose of flood damaged goods.
