Visited the Washing Street mall last week. Saw signs that prohibit skateboards, bicycles and dogs on the mall. Not to my surprise, what do I see. Bicycles and dogs. Also walking the mall was a uniformed police officer. Are the signs there just for conversation? Was the officer just distracted by having to write tickets for the people that don't know how to use the PARK system? I don't know. I ride a bike and I like dogs. But please keep them off the mall. I don't need to dodge either of them while shopping. Thank you.
