A lot of criticizing of code enforcement about Wildwood in spout off. I did that job for 10 years in my home town. Folks don't understand that code enforcement isn't a powerful as you think. Fines & fees are issued but before a property can be condemned & renters removed takes months if not years in court. The city can't do whatever it wants to private property. Clean ups & cut grass at the most.
