Villas - Why doesn’t the Mr. Softee ice cream truck go on Wildwood, Arbor, Birch and Cloverdale avenues in Villas or Cape May Beach neighborhoods? My grandchildren hear the music but it never comes down our street. They get all excited for nothing.
