Them people are harmless ) please leave them alone, if u we’re down and out,, and your tent was the only thing u owned, and someone cut a slice in it,,they shoiuld be punished! a lot of them work but just can’t afford rent,, you better get used to it, because there is gonna be a whole lot more of them, if you want to do something,,bring them food and blankets and heavy clothes or a 20.00 bill so they can get something hot to eat or drink, they will not hurt you or big waterproof tarps .
