Why do the Ocean Tower Condos and stores on Cresse Ave.

Villas - Why do the Ocean Tower Condos and stores on Cresse Ave. and the Boardwalk need to have all those store signs, spotlights, and light bulbs lit up in the off-season. It's lit up like the middle of summer. There's no need for that much waste of electric when they have the street lights right on the Boardwalk. All the years I've been here there's never been any trouble at the stores in the off-season.
