Why are the two Senior Centers still open with this coronavirus

Villas - Why are the two Senior Centers still open with this coronavirus affecting the elderly? The one in Villas is interacting with people that are coming there for getting help with income taxes and other community activities. As far as I know there are not any cases yet in Villas but not everyone that is coming to these two centers actually live in the area. We have enough problems in the Villas, we don't need our school children to get sick from the nearby Memorial school.
