Villas - Who knew dealing with Lower Township animal control would be so hard to work with in solving barking-dog problems. I was shocked when I was reporting the problems, and they made me feel I was the problem, not the dog owners who let their dogs bark over everything. I really miss the original animal control guys. They knew how to treat the problems.
