Villas - While the resurfacing on Fulling Mill Road is great, I am left wondering why the entire road wasn't resurfaced. Every patched section creates a seam that will eventually start to open up and crack. The end of the road that leads into Villas is just as bad as the previously patched sections, so why stop before that? Also, why not stripe the entire road? It's ridiculous to stripe the paved sections while the rest is faded.
