Villas - Where we lived previously, raising a family of four, we never encountered a water overage bill; however, here with only two elderly people, we get an overage bill virtually each quarter, even after installing new pipes throughout the house and every water discipline we know, to include using our well water for all outdoor activities. Are others experiencing a similar situation?
