Villas - When a person gets hit by a car, why are there no immediate calls for "sensible car laws?" Because the car itself is not responsible for what its operator does. A firearm is not responsible for what its operator does, yet every time you hear of someone committing a crime with a gun, the knee-jerk reaction is to make ever more and stricter laws, rather than put the blame where it belongs. Isn't it about time we return to the concept of personal responsibility? Adam and Eve's fall did not cause God to ban fruit trees.
