When is Lower Township going to fix the entrance to the bay on V

Villas - When is Lower Township going to fix the entrance to the bay on Village Road? They should have fixed it right the first time. Where is the rest of the fence that looked so nice? Someone needs to follow up on this. There's at least a 3-foot drop with a few deep trenches going through it. I'm afraid someone is going to break a leg. It's ridiculous the taxes we pay and all the work seems to go to North Cape May.
