What's up with all the kids vaping at the rec center in Villas?

Villas - What's up with all the kids vaping at the rec center in Villas? What's up with their parents allowing this to go on? I approached the crowd of young teens and asked them how they are able to buy them, and was told that their mother buys it for them. I suggest they turn on the news because vaping is causing serious lung issues and seizures. Nothing like having a parent that's a bad influence.
