What is going on with Department of Children and Families?

Villas - What is going on with Department of Children and Families? I don't understand why a person keeps turning their back on an abused, neglected child. They are the only hope these children have to save them from their abusers and they have failed their responsibility. Instead, it has become easier for them to be influenced and drawn to the side of the abuser. If they don't have the courage to help these children and the knowledge to see the truth, then they need to find a different career path that suits them better. These children are the future. Give them a reason to smile and give them a reason to live in peace without fear.
