Villas - We learn that Lois Learner's missing IRS emails can be retrieved; however, the IRS claims it is too much trouble to do so. Therefore, who is responsible for what is no doubt an expensive record retention system that appears not to be working for the taxpayers? Moreover, such people should be held accountable and dumped, or charged with incompetence.
