Villas - We almost had a indoor pool in Lower Township. The Township Council and Manager went about building it totally wrong from the beginning. It should have asked the residents opinion first. Instead they put some Disney plan together that was so overpriced that people could not support it. When the Manager announced 30-40 new hires to operate ,it was the last straw and tanked it with the taxpayers.
