There is no winner in the Daniel Penny case, one person is dead

Villas - There is no winner in the Daniel Penny case, one person is dead and he might go to jail. My question is why was Neeley allowed to be on the subway and acting like this and upsetting people on the subway apparently quite a few times. I really don’t think Penny tried to kill this man, he apparently was a military man, I go with the jury on this one, the victim definitely had mental issues. Nobody knows what would have happened if Penny didn’t step up, again no winners.
