Cooper cable has reached it's physical limits, heck they can't even display 1080P TV correctly.(see for self against fios)Forget about 4k. ALL internet connects suffer due to upstream noise. (which they will never fix) so why for the love of God do you cough up all that money? Bayshore road has FIOS fiber ran and ready.
