Villas - The spouts about employees seeking jobs , is not about collecting unemployment, that is not the answer. My point is employers know how long they have with an employee so they do not have to pay unemployment. Also, they can fire you for anything, because they know they will not be challenged! I am not talking about 1 person or me. If you have looked at the jobs down here, nothing special, just jobs you will see what I am talking about. Some employers are part of the problem of hiring employees , why are some big places always looking for 20-25 employees, are they difficult to work for?
