Villas - So I just read in Spout off that Villas citizens are reporting open air drug deals to LTPD in Villas with no results, no dealers names or info published. Yet every week we read the names of arrested citizens/victims of the drug epidemic who are “innocent until proven guilty”. Why is that? This is so very wrong!
