Take a look at a 10-year Section 8 rental, now destroyed, destroyed before the eviction process and now after. Look at the utter devastation and trash on the property. Not everyone does this. But it only takes one bad experience with mounting financial looses for an owner to change their mind. Especially with today's property values to take it off the rental market and sell.
