Villas - Seriously, Do people become desensitized to the smell of rotting garbage, the stench of liquids from trash mixing with rain while fermenting and baking in the sun, from not using trash bags or haveing lids on the cans? Do the flys not bite them? Really, they are sitting 5-6 feet away and I can smell it even with the slightest breeze. The Township is partially a contributing factor with a lack of oversight on issues like this and open recylcing containers that permits trash to blow out of cans, contributing to littering issues.
