The speeds which are posted are the maximum speeds, as we all know, but where are the minimums? Commuting for over 20 years on Route 47, I came to the understanding that a driver should drive at a speed no faster than they can safely control the vehicle, and pull over and allow traffic to pass if need be, and the rest of us should relax.
