Villas - Recently went into an establishment for a simple project. Left there completely frustrated because of the lack of service and knowledge. Swung into another store. It was like night and day. Everyone smiling, greeted me and very knowledgeable. I wish other retailers would take a lesson from them on how to run a store and customer service.
