Villas - Recently, I was at a school bus stop on Bentz Ave. in Villas and there was a man on Mowery Ave. cleaning up in front of his property, like I have seen him do hundreds of times, and the MUA was getting ready to flush the fire hydrants. They drove by him a few times and saw him working and almost finished picking up his bush. I was shocked they turned on the fire hydrant on him. He was trying as fast as he could to get his last pile, and they just couldn't wait a second for him to put it in his trash can. I feel bad for the guy and the MUA guys should be ashamed of themselves.
