Villas - A recent trip around Villas finds some major property transformations for the better. For example, take a ride down E. Bates. This street really sticks out. One or two homes were torn down, and two new ones are in their place. Adjoining properties are in various states of major renovations. Unfortunately, there are local rental property owners that own property on the street that don’t maintain their properties. Conditions like this will financially impact these developers and not in a positive manner which could discourage future investment.
