Villas - Re: Yorkshire Place in North Cape May, why is there no comfortable furniture in the gathering room where many people gather to talk, every day? They have to sit around a kitchen table and chairs. Why not build a nice seating area in back of the building, with a canopy, so the residents, who like to sit outside, can, without being rained on, snowed on, or just to keep the blazing sun off their head?
