Villas - Re: the Lower Township aquatic center. If projected expenses exceed projected revenue, how is the shortfall made up? How will the bonds be repaid? If any of the current surplus is used for any of this project, then our tax dollars are being used for this pipe dream. If any of the Lower Township schools use the facility, will they be paying a fee? If so, then our tax dollars are being used to finance this facility. Who paid for the printing and postage for the four-page glossy mailing we received Oct. 21?
