It's not that some are blind to their poor decisions, missteps, mistakes or whatever you wish to call them. They simply won't admit or acknowledge them. Politics is a prime example, whether it is a politician and the failed legislation or policy or the voter who voted him or her. Have you recognized a poor voting decision?
