Please, does anyone know when the Bayshore road is going to open

Villas - Please, does anyone know when the Bayshore road is going to open up going to Rio Grande ,Wildwood?.So many of us use NJ Transit,and there service is awful.They are aways late,and also the on-line information is never right. At least 25 of us who ride the NJ Transit are always late for work.
