Maybe you should look to your neighbors up the street and see how they put their refuse to the curb, Today is Friday and I have cans, bottles and paper recycling on the ground outside my fence and in the street - and collection day is Monday. I can't blame public works for this mess. Instead, it's the fault of the wind and the people don't observe proper procedures and scheduling. The people who work the trucks do the best job they can.
