Villas - To the person from Lower Township complaining about animal control being private: Who do you think was doing animal control before? That's right, the police department. At least now you can call animal control directly. What did the past animal control do about cats? At least the animal control now helps you with them. Find out in previous years how often the PD went out to how often they go out now. I live in the Villas and they work well here. I have no complaints.
