Villas - To the person that is disturbed by dogs in someone’s house that bark like crazy when you walk by. Probably my dogs!! They don’t bark outside they are very playful and well taken care of and a little spoiled rotten. But when someone walks past our home they bark that’s what dogs do!! They barked when our car was broken into. They barked when the neighbors house was broken into and they barked when smoke alarms went off two houses down.I or any other pet owner should not have to muzzle a dog from barking when someone walks by! Best advice there is 60 other blocks to walk down GO WALK ON THEM!!
