Villas - This past Sunday on my way to event, I was driving across the Platt / Pennrose Ave Bridge. Looking to my left, as far as I could see, open land. All the tanks, piping and flares are gone. This represented a significant amount of refining capacity gone. This land will be repurposed, and impacts the east coast rifining capacity. In a prime area on river, near major highways that criss cross each other and the region for delivery of the finished products, in a climate stable area (not many major hurricanes) that impact production.
