Villas - The other day just before sunset,there was a blue dirtbike behind the Villas Municipal Building,for the longest time,racing,popping wheelies the whole time,and gunning it.You tell me,the Lower Police never knew ? Who heard it? I thought there was Cameras all over there?They are mocking the police,and disrespecting the LT Police big time.
