Villas - One Saturday not long ago, Lower must have had their whole police force on Bayshore Road harassing every Tom, Dick, and Harry. In about the 10 minutes l went down Bayshore Road and back, there had to be six or seven pullovers.There has to be better things for them to do in a crime-infested town. Put those cars on the back streets and stop harassing people running to the store or post office. It is so obvious that this township is hard up for money and police wonder why people have a problem with them.
